1. Returns/exchanges are available within 30 days of purchase.
2. The returned item must be unworn/unused, in its original condition.
3. This policy applies to online purchases made through maddogsskiandboard.ca, please contact us if you wish to return an in-store purchase or have any further questions.
4. No refunds on sale items. Exchange or in-store credit only.
5. If you wish to cancel your order, you have 24 hours to do so after the order has been placed.
