Shipping policy

We currently offer shipping within Canada and the United States.

Orders are packed and shipped within 2–3 business days after placing your order (orders placed before 12:00 PM PST). Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number to track your package.

U.S. Orders & Import Fees

Orders shipped to the United States may be subject to customs duties, import fees, taxes, or other charges. These fees are determined by U.S. customs authorities and/or the shipping carrier and may vary depending on the shipment.

Any applicable customs duties or import fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not covered by Mad Dog’s Ski & Board.
